Responsibilities

 

The position is primarily responsible for:

  • Providing support to the operations and related administrative tasks under the Events and Travel category with direct coordination to all BDO Officers and Staff.

  • Taking charge of arranging and processing official travel order (Domestic and International) which include flight bookings and issuance of airline tickets as well as international hotel accommodations and Events request form which includes all BDO external events.

 

 

Qualifications

 

  • Graduate of Accountancy or any business-related course

  • Must possess good communications skills, computer literate and can work with minimum supervision

  • Analytical, hardworking, people and service-oriented, has the ability to work under pressure and a team player

  • Applicants must be willing to be assigned in Makati

  • Must be a Filipino citizen
