Job Summary

Responsible for providing assistance to the ORR Head and ORM Policy & Monitoring Team Head, in implementing the Operational Risk Management (ORM) Framework and Strategy by conducting awareness programs and performing end-to-end risk analysis and monitoring of assigned critical/key Bank processes owned by the various business and support units, and managing and enhancing the ORM Solution (ORMS) system. 

Key Responsibilties:

• Liaises with ORM Coordinators for the timely submission, sound review and analysis of ORM reports/requirements on the Bank’s critical/key processes including, but not limited to: Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs), Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), Incident Reports (IRs) and Loss Data Reports.
• Prepares regular operational risk reports to be elevated/presented to the Board and/or Senior Management, highlighting any material operational risk issues / concerns.
• Provides guidance and advice to ORM Coordinators on proper identification and assessment of operational risks inherent in the critical / key processes for which they are accountable, and assessment of related controls.
• Facilitates ORMS system access and maintenance requests within specified turn-around time.
• Assists in the gathering and analysis of operational risk information from submitted ORM reports / requirements.
• Assists in developing operational risk training and awareness materials, and conducting briefings.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any business course or equivalent 
• Required banking experience, particularly in the area of Operational Risk Management / Compliance / Audit
• Cross-functional exposure (operations, sales, support services, branches, etc.) is preferred
• Must be amenable to working onsite and be assigned to Makati or Ortigas
