Department: 
Primarily responsible for conceptualizing, implementing, aligning, and monitoring marketing activities with the overall Bank’s branding image and strategies. The Marketing Officer will primarily be responsible for ensuring proper coordination with WMG-Center Heads in creating campaigns that would support the overall marketing strategies of the bank to help them achieve their business targets.
 
Responsibilities:

Strategic Marketing
a.) Coordinate with WMG-Center Heads to understand the business environment and help conceptualize marketing strategies and activities to achieve desired results and objectives.
b.) Assist the Marketing Head in ensuring seamless execution of marketing campaigns across marketing platforms.

 

Event Planning and Management
a.) Assist the Marketing Head to ensure seamless execution of institutional and center-based events by proper planning, coordination and management of the on-day event execution.
b.) Review and evaluate the effectiveness of the campaigns/events by gathering financial data from Corporate Planning. Assist in preparation of post-event feedback report.

 

Business Development
Propose relevant center-based programs/events to help enhance the Bank's image through corporate gifts, marketing collaterals and events.

 

Marketing Communication
a.) Assist in the implementation of marketing communication and customer-centric strategies to deepen Client-RM engagement.
b.) In coordination with MCG, manage the Bank's corporate website and ensure that the contents are updated and find ways to enhance its user interface.
c.) Continually keep abreast of market trends, competitive scan, and client expectations to ensure that BDO Private Banking will be the top of mind in the Private Banking space.
d.) In coordination with MCG and wealth centers, develop the bank's merchandise materials and customer touchpoints, such as Welcome Pack, Omnibus Brochures, Corporate Giveaways.
e.) Ensure consistent adherence to corporate branding guidelines.

 

5. Operational Efficiency
Compliance to policies, documentation requirements, and adherence to approved budget.

 

6. Others
Ensures proper handling of all assigned tasks and orders from management in accordance with Bank policies and procedures. Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management or related field
  • at least 5 years of experience in Marketing
  • strong understanding of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple marketing platforms.
  • strong knowledge of brand management, digital marketing and analytics

 

Interested candidates must be willing to work onsite daily in either Ortigas or Makati.
