Job Description:

As a Marketing Manager, you will spearhead the development of a bank-wide marketing approach to the consumer segment with a mission of making BDO the #1 bank amongst these segments across priority product lines. You will take a customer-first approach to complement the product experts across the bank.

 

 

 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Own the entire marketing planning and campaign execution process to deliver business objectives and brand objectives with the alignment of cross-functional stakeholders
  • Lead a customer-first approach in 1) creating brand awareness 2) building brand equity, 3) driving engagement and/or 3) generating conversions among business unit’s target markets

  • Build and maintain thought leadership and subject matter expertise encompassing all customer segments

  • Work with the business unit to help support business objectives

 

 

 

 

Your Qualifications and Your Experiences should be

 

  • College graduate of Communications, Marketing or any Business-related course

  • 5+ years of experience related to business management, account management or FMCG marketing

  • Creative production, digital marketing, management of agency-partner (creative, media, digital agencies)

  • Digital Marketing and/or Digital User Experience in terms of media, CRM and the like

 

 

 

 

You must be willing to be assigned in Makati.
