Job Summary

The Marketing Manager for Insurance (BDO Life and BDO Insure) will spearhead the development and executions for the varied projects, services and activities of the Bank’s life and non-life subsidiaries units. This role is responsible to create and manage and execute marketing campaigns and service BAU marketing and communications requirements of BDO Life and BDO Insure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the entire marketing planning and campaign execution process to deliver business objectives and brand objectives with the alignment of cross-functional stakeholders
• Lead a customer-first approach in establishing process enhancements.
• Build and maintain thought leadership and subject matter expertise encompassing all customer segments

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience related to business management, marketing and advertising
• Strong strategic thinking and campaign management capabilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently engage senior stakeholders
• Proven ability to create compelling presentations and marketing materials
• Solid experience in digital marketing, media, CRM, and/or user experience (UX)
• Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
• Demonstrated expertise in creative direction and media planning/management
• Must be amenable to working onsite and be assigned to Makati or Ortigas
