Market Dev Business Support Officer

Job Summary:

The position is primarily responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships with clientele from various BDO/SM Group markets, by spearheading the delivery of customized product solutions using BDO Life's individual and group product lines.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure a constant stream of referrals from various BDO/SM Affiliates
• Develop promotions and campaigns to encourage higher take up of BDO Life products within alternative channels
• Provide insights that will contribute to the development of channel specific products and processes to serve new markets

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or any other business-related fields
• At least two (2) year working experience in sales and marketing
• Experience transacting with institutional clients, an advantage
• Experience offering group insurance solutions, an advantage
• Experience in wealth advisory and estate planning, an advantage
• With excellent oral and written communication skills
