Key Responsibilities

• Handles lease negotiations and prepares approval on recommended new leases, renewals, extensions, amendments, terminations and pre-termination of leases under his/her coverage.

• Handles documentation of approved new leases, renewals, extensions, amendments, terminations and pre-termination of leases under his/her coverage.

• Ensures that lease negotiations and approvals are properly/correctly processed and documented under his/her coverage.

• Ensures that lease documents and records are properly/correctly kept on files under his/her coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job 
• At least 3 years of experience in lease management
• Willing to work onsite in Makati
