Legal Advisor

Responsible for the fulfillment of client’s objectives through the development and documentation of structures/estate planning services, including PMT engagements and other fiduciary services. 

• Drafts, reviews and revises documents, engagements, and other instruments in a timely manner involving potential and existing structured accounts to address customers objectives.

• Keeps account structures and objectives relevant in light of changing laws and regulations and /or changes in the personal circumstances of the clients.

• Provides legal advice and review of documents (on behalf of clients and /or counterparty) as requested by other units within Trust Group or the bank.
