Jr. Account Administrator
Makati City, National Capital Region, PH
He/She/They supports productivity and operational efficiency of Trust Group through timely and accurate checking or validation of trust account opening information and documentary requirements; proper coordination with concerned RM or team on the completion of trust account opening requirements; determining compliance of trust account opening with the established policies, guidelines, work processes, controls and standards.
The Responsibilities we will trust you with are:
- Process and encode account openingSet-up initial and mandatory information to open the accountVerify withdrawals / disbursements made from the trust account of the clients
- Process post account opening transactions
- Posting of cash and MT/TD transactions in the system
- Generation of document deficiency report and send out to concerned units
- Maintenance of various monitoring files relating to account opening such as TF/SS
Your Qualifications and Your Experiences should be
- Graduate of any business related course
- At least 3 years of branch banking experience or 2 years of Trust Banking experience
- Knowledge of common banking transactions, computer proficiency, good oral and written communication skills
- Hardworking, can work under pressure, systematic, independent, dependent, capable of working in an environment with high degree of information confidentiality
You must be willing to be assigned in Makati City.
