Job Description:

  • As an Endorser & KOL Management Head, you will be responsible for BDO's engagement with Celebrity Brand Ambassadors and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), also known as Influencers, to aid in continuous brand-building, enhancement of brand love, brand protection, and promotion of BDO's products and services. 

 

 

 

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Plans, develops, and implements the overall KOL content strategy and plan to support the institutional / thematic messaging and tactical communication requirements for products and services

  • Measures the effectiveness of the campaigns and content deliverables, and reports these with insights for continuous improvement

  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with Celebrity Brand Ambassadors, together with their relevant partners (e.g. agencies, talent managers)

  • Works with the Celebrity Brand Ambassadors and KOLs to maximize contract values

  • Ensures content and production compliance to risk and regulatory requirements (e.g. BSP, DTI, IC, ASC, BDO Brand Guidelines, etc.)

 

 

 

 

 

Your Qualifications and Your Experiences should be

 

  • Holder of a Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, or other Business-related courses

  • With 15 years' experience in Marketing, Brand Management, Corporate Communications, Digital Marketing, and/or other related experience, preferably in the Financial Services Industry

  • Experience working on KOL/CRM tools an advantage

 

 

 

 

You must be willing to be assigned in Makati.
