Primarily responsible for overseeing the sales and marketing desks; target volume and revenue by formulating a comprehensive and effective marketing strategy. 

Qualifications:

At least 5 years of experience in managing a securities business.

Has securities brokerage sales and trading experience in both institutional and retail spaces
