HR Officer

Job Summary:

The position is primarily responsible for various Recruitment functions which includes but not limited to interviewing, processing of pre-employment requirements and/or on boarding process.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology or other related course
• With Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Confident to deal with internal and external clients / officers
• Highly trainable, hardworking, flexible, with keen attention to details and can work with minimal supervision
• Can manage time and stress; can make sound decisions
• Must be willing to be assigned in Ortigas Area
