The Financial Analysis and Reporting Officer provides support in preparing for the Asset and Liability Committee (ALCO) reports on a weekly basis.

 

Job Summary

 

They will also maintain ALCO database/files and other information that serve as input to the Financial Project report being presented to ALCO on a bi-monthly basis, as well as other reports required of the unit on a regular or ad hoc basis.

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

1) Weekly ALCO-Loans Report Preparation

2) Prepare weekly Loan Releases and Repricing report covering the accounts of Institutional Banking as well as Consumer Lending on a per product basis

3) Prepare the month-end version of the Loan Volume and Yield reports

4) Prepare the Monthly Loan Maturities and Repricing Report covering the accounts of the Institutional Banking Group

5) Provide analysis for month-on-month account movements in the Yield and Cost Report of BDO Private Bank, BDO Finance Corporation and BDO Life Assurance Company Inc.

6) Database maintenance

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's Degree Holder (preferably a graduate of Business Administration, Management, Economics, Accountancy, or any other business courses)
  • Has at least one (1) year experience in Corporate Planning preferably from a Financial Institution
  • Measurable ability in financial planning and strategy
  • Ability to work across functional areas and quickly contextualize process knowledge
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver quality products in a deadline-oriented environment
