FA Referral Campaign Officer

The position is primarily responsible for processing applicants for sales position for BDO Life in accordance with the Company's hiring and placement of policy.  The position also takes charge of the pipeline report and active participation in other recruitment activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any business-related discipline.
• With at least 1 year if experience in recruitment or bancassurance operations.
• Knowledge of MS Office technology (MS Excel for calculations or reports, MS Words for documentations or processes, MS Powerpoint for presentations).
• Knowledge and understanding of the insurance market, basic insurance concepts and insurance business operations.
• Team player, flexible and can work with minimal supervision.
• With good verbal and written communication skills.
• Willing to work onsite and be assigned in Makati.
