Job Summary

 

The Property Expense Assistant is responsible for performing administrative tasks related to the payment and monitoring of Real Property Tax (RPT) assessments for Non-Performing Loans (NPL), Real and Other Properties Acquired (ROPA), and Capital Assets. The role ensures timely and accurate processing of requests for payment, proper documentation, and coordination with internal teams to comply with regulatory and company requirements.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Monitor completeness of all requested RFP/CRF whether via Branch or Accounting (Mainbank and Subsidiaries)
  • Ensure completeness of required documents for payment of RPT for newly booked accounts
  • Secure check from General Accounting and endorse to Expense Admin Leads
  • Coordinate with Expense Admin Lead regarding proper and timely disposal of requested MCs
  • Prepare CRF or RFP for Real Property Tax, cash advances, reimbursements and replenishment of petty cash fund
  • Scanning of Real Property Tax receipts and other documents related to the payment of RPT

 

Requirements

  • Graduate of bachelor's degree in business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, or any business-related course
  • At least 2 years of experience in administrative support, accounting, or finance-related roles.
  • Experience in handling tax-related payments, property management, or banking operations is an advantage
