Responsibilities

 

The position is primarily responsible for:

  • Preparing and sending letter to the association notifying on the acquisition of properties by the bank

  • Initiates request for Statement of Account or Billings from Condominium Corp & Homeowners Association as basis for payment of dues and other assessment

  • Request Certificate of BIR Registration from HOA & Condominium Corp (of newly-acquired properties) as basis for enrollment in Procurement Processing System

  • Reviews statement of account and request for the preparation of Request for Payment

  • Request issuance of BIR 2307 from Accounting Department

  • Transmit check payment together with BIR 2307 to the homeowners association

  • Performs duties and responsibilities that maybe assigned from time to time

     

 

Qualifications

 

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College degree, preferably Business Course graduates

  • Must possess good communications skills, computer literate and can work with minimum supervision

  • Analytical, hardworking, people and service-oriented, has the ability to work under pressure and a team player

  • Applicants must be willing to be assigned in Makati Area

  • Must be a Filipino citizen
