Responsibilities

  • Ensures that Business Unit/Group Head's daily schedule, which includes meetings, appointments, or other activities, is well coordinated in terms of time,venue, attendees and other logistics.
  • Handles & prioritizes correspondence based on instructions from the Business Unit/Group Head, as well as organizes all paperwork in a systematic & timely manner to ensure efficient tracking and security of documents.
  • Relays, coordinates & monitors instructions/requests & implementation thereof given by the Business Unit/Group Head with internal or external parties.
  • Prepares reports required by the Unit Head to monitor the Unit’s sales performance and support reporting requirements to Senior Management.
  • Assists in special activities or events of the department, group or bank as a whole, as instructed by the Business Unit/Group Head.
  • Project a professional company image through both in-person and phone interactions.

 

Qualifications

  • Must be a graduate of any 4-year degree course.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a secretarial function or administrative work.
  • Must possess excellent communication skills
  • Highly organized and willing to work with flexible schedules
  • Must be willing to be assigned in Makati.
