Enterprise Initiatives Program Mgmt Head

JOB SUMMARY:

He/She will handle leading and implementing successful strategic initiatives and transformation projects that are enterprise wide.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 8 years experience in strategic planning or management, preferably in the banking or financial services sector
• Project management experience and familiarity with agile process
• Ability to plan, measure and communicate progress to team and manage deadlines
• Excellent communication skills
• Willing to work in Makati
