Enterprise Architect

As an Enterprise Architect, you will spearhead the creation, maintenance and communications of Enterprise Architecture Catalogs, Guardrails and Methodologies. You will be working closely with Enterprise Architect Leads to provide business and technology support for your assigned architecture and business domains.

Role Responsibilities:

• In charge of active development, maintenance and sharing of Enterprise Architecture catalogs, guardrails and artifacts for respective domain.
• Support in the definition and implementation of technology road maps in your respective domains
• Support in identifying required technical capabilities for new business requirements and demands.
• Provide technical expertise to solution architects, platform owners and application owners during software/services definition and build
• Support in defining and executing training plans for solution architects and community of architects (e.g. architecture methodology, domain knowledge, etc.)

Competencies:

• Communication Skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences and build consensus.
• Strong knowledge on technologies, trends, concepts, and best practices of respective architecture and business domain.
• Proficiency in business and technical analysis, along with modelling and graphical representations and abstractions
• Analytical Skills: Problem-solving capabilities, strong analytical skills, and flexibility to be able to handle complex situations as necessary

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline.
• At least 10 years of experience in IT software/ services definition, build and management, with at least 3 years work experience with a bank or financial institution.
• At least 2 years of architecture experience covering Corporate Banking related domain (e.g. Cash management, remittance, trade and supply chain finance, corporate loans, corporate banking operations and accounting)
• Must be willing to work onsite and be assigned in Makati.
