Distribution Transformation Officer

The position for managing and timely delivering of projects and initiatives contributing to distribution excellence. Ensures the timely completion of assigned projects related to digital solutions for insurance distribution channels. Collaborates with projects teams to design, develop, and deliver tools and applications that enhance the distributor's overall experience. Manages the business/functional and system requirements. Leverages the agile methodology in project delivery. Manages customer and distributor experience evaluation to integrate digital tools into the stakeholder journey. Conceptualizes and proposes solutions to address pain points and drive digital adoption.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree relevant to the job, preferably with a degree in business with IT management related discipline.
• With at least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in digital solutions implementation for insurance distribution channels. Experience in distribution and/or IT transformation.
• Knowledge of the latest digital solutions, whether in or outside the insurance industry.
• Excellent planning, project management and execution skills, highly results-oriented
• Experience in O365 tools particularly Power Automate, an advantage.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills,
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Willing to work on-site and be assigned in Makati
