Digital Program Development Officer
Makati City, National Capital Region, PH
The position for the delivery of project initiatives that support the strategic roadmap of the digital sales channels. Conducts market and competitive scan to conceptualize and develop best-in-class digital sales platforms and propositions. Co-design customer-led digital sales experience. Work closely with the Digital Sales Head to devise and implement programs that support the channel's performance metrics. Explore business development opportunities within the BDO Group and eventual expansion to other SM Group subsidiaries.
Responsibilities:
- Digital Sales Strategy - support the Digital Sales Head in the design and development of the strategic roadmap for the digital sales channel. Co-build the business case to support the implementation of the digital sales strategy.
- Digital Sales Platform and Propositions - formulate and propose digital sales platform approach and propositions backed by competitive insights and market intelligence. This covers integrated product bundles, API integration and with Fintech, Direct to Consumer, Market place Aggregator Platforms.
- Performance Management - devise and implement programs that contribute to the achievement of the channel's performance metrics.
- Business Development - explore business development opportunities and potential strategic partnerships within and outside the BDO group.
- Digital Sales Journeys - develop and deliver effective digital sales touchpoints (online, O2O) that support the channel's strategic objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree relevant to the job, preferably with a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management Engineering or other related courses.
- With at least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in digital sales and marketing solutions implementation for insurance distribution channel.
- Knowledge of the latest digital solutions, whether in or outside the insurance industry.
- Excellent planning, project management and execution skills, highly results-oriented
- Experience in O365 tools particularly Power Automate, an advantage.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills,
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Willing to work on-site and be assigned in Makati
