Developer

Job Summary
 
Develop detailed design and development of necessary code, configuration for the assigned IT application or platform.
 

Duties and Responsibilities:
 
• Develop detailed design for modules that need to be developed and align with the requirements and architecture
• Develops application code according to the agreed functional design, technical design, methodologies and standards
• Develops configuration/scripts according to the agreed functional design, technical design, methodologies and standards for package deployment
• Conducts unit test and SIT for new software/application
• Develops system & operational documentation and user guides
• Reports progress and issues in a timely manner to delivery manager
• Prepares package, configuration files, deployment scripts and installation guide for all environments
• Support production when necessary

Qualifications:
 

• Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Development
• Experience in working on software applications development and support
• Experience in using Source Code Management tool (i.e. SVN, Git, etc)
• Experience in programming, and working with different application, OS, and databases
• Development background and experience in programming languages/scripting (i.e. C, C#, Java, Javascript, Python, PHP, SQL, #Net, etc)
• Experience in the development/support of bank/financial applications/systems
• Must be willing to work onsite and be assigned in Makati/Ortigas
