Deputy Unit Head

Job Mandate :

Responsible primarily for leading efforts in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving operational excellence across branch network through designing customer journey flow by identifying and prioritizing customer pain points and recommending innovative solutions to address them. Lead the transformation of branch network to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency by introducing and implementing enterprise initiatives and solutions to streamline processes and improve customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Oversees the Unit's delivery and implementation of customer journey initiatives.

2. Ensures proper administration of the Unit.

3. Provides accurate, complete and timely updates to the Branch Banking Group Head on all ongoing and upcoming deliverables of the Unit.

4. Provides support to all units of BBG Head Office as well as the branches in coordination with other Business Units.

5. Performs other duties assigned from time to time.
