Job Summary

 

The Data Management Officer is responsible for consolidates data from multiple sources, prepares management and regulatory reports, and supports the automation and standardization of reporting processes.

 


Key Responsibilities

 

  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of interactive dashboards and reports that provide visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs), operational metrics, and strategic goals.

  • Ensure reporting solutions are intuitive, scalable, and aligned with business priorities.

  • Partner with business stakeholders to refine reporting and dashboarding requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

  • Support the creation and evolution of the BBG Datamart to consolidate critical banking metrics and enable robust reporting capabilities.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's degree relevant to the job, preferably in the fields of Statistics, Math, Data Science, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or Project Management. Master's degree is an advantage

  • Over 5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, and data science within the banking and financial services industry.

  • Proven track record in leading analytics-driven projects that support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.

  • Willing to be assigned and work onsite in Ortigas
