Job Summary

Responsible for achieving the Bank’s revenue and volume targets by selling remittance products and services for business growth; and managing the overall relationship with existing and prospective remittance tie-ups, partners and agents in accordance to the Bank’s systems, policies and procedures; and perform other functions that may be assigned from time to time.

Key Responsibilities:

Expanding and growing the remittance business volume of the Bank
Preparation and submission of Marketing Plans for assigned areas and ensure proper implementation
Manage relationships with prospective and existing partners
Manage and supervise the development of staff and officers under the team
Preparation and submission of all progress and regulatory reports

Qualifications:

Graduate of a 4-year course, preferably Marketing
With atleast 5 years of experience in sales, marketing and remittance processing gained from a bank or financial institution
Must be willing to work onsite and be assigned in Ortigas
