Job Summary

 

This position is primarily responsible for creating a positive customer experience by addressing customers' queries and concerns, processing their transaction requests in a professional, friendly and caring manner. Prepare customer service reports/studies to enhance customer servicing.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in business management or any related discipline.
  • With at least 2 years of relevant work experience in administrative services, preferably in the life insurance industry.
  • Knowledge of insurance practices and regulations, an advantage.
  • Knowledge of MS Office technology (MS Excel for reports, MS Word for documentations and processes)
  • With good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willing to work onsite and be assigned in Ortigas or Makati.
