The Korean Help Desk is primarily tasked with providing customer service support for the Bank’s products and services, managing marketing campaigns, and selling other bank products and services at the point of call, as appropriate. 

  • Monitor and manage the entire end to end process of incoming calls and emails.
  • Sales and marketing skills for both outbound and inbound calls.
