The Japan Help Desk is established for Japan Desk’s individual clients. The following are the brief responsibilities of a Customer Service Officer:

 1. Providing customer service support for the bank products and services,

 2. Managing marketing campaigns, and whenever appropriate,

 3. Selling other bank products and services.
