The Creative Services Artist will provide in-house creative design and development expertise, contributing to the delivery of marketing collaterals and advertising materials that help enhance the BDO brand, support the Bank's marketing communications strategy, and showcase its We Find Ways philosophy. He/she will be responsible for the development of various materials to be used across multiple platforms and media channels. He/she will play a critical role in ensuring a cohesive presentation of BDO's brand strategy. The expectations for this role include application of best creative marketing practices and on-time delivery of materials.

 

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Provide in-house creative design expertise to develop and design creative materials (ATL, BTL, digital, etc.) that support the Bank's strategic communication requirements.
  • Create multimedia collaterals using motion graphics and animation while ensuring compliance to the brand identity guidelines.
  • Help develop and maintain library of institutional materials for use across the different media channels used by the Bank.
  • Collaborate with different units and other key internal partners to deliver brand-compliance materials.
  • Identify and apply industry trends, best practices in design and creative services.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts, Mass Communications, Marketing or other course relevant to the position.
  • At least 3 years of experience in creative design, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency setting.
  • Solid experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Experience in conceptualizing and designing collaterals or campaigns for financial services category would be an advantage.
  • Must be willing to work onsite and be assigned in Makati.
