Community Officer

Role Overview:
This position is in charge of engaging audiences effectively across various Social Media channels.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist Social Media Manager in developing and executing community engagement strategies on social media.
- Directly interact with audiences of assigned channel(s) and other identified virtual communities through social media accounts to build brand awareness, & improve net sentiment.
- Listen, understand queries to provide the best suitable responses at first contact where possible.
- Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each channel
- Continuously improve target KPI’s by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
- Collaborate with other departments to manage reputation.
- As needed, work on assigned tasks or projects from other verticals within MCG-Digital Marketing.
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of Business, Marketing, Communication and other related courses.
- At least 5 years of work experience in the Communications or Reputation Management field especially in Online Channels.
- Must be willing to work on site and be assigned in Makati.
