Job Description:
- As a Community Officer, you will be responsible for engaging audiences effectively across various Social Media channels.
Job Responsibilities:

Assist Social Media Manager in developing and executing community engagement strategies on social media

Directly interact with audiences of assigned channel(s) and other identified virtual communities through social media accounts to build brand awareness, & improve net sentiment.

Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each channel

Continuously improve target KPI’s by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information

As needed, work on assigned tasks or projects from other verticals within MCG-Digital Marketing
Your Qualifications and Your Experiences should be
- Graduate of Business, Marketing, Communication and other related courses.

At least 2 years of work experience in the Communications or Reputation Management field especially in Online Channels.
You must be willing to be assigned in Makati.
