Client Reports Officer

BASIC FUNCTION:

In-charge of generation and timely submission of Client Confirmation of Transactions (COT) to clients.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• In-charge of Generation of Client Confirmation of Transactions
• Assist on WMG queries on COT related inquiries and regeneration.
• In-charge of extracting daily reports.
• Assist internal & external auditors in the regular examination of Trust Group.
• Assist in the preparation of replies/responses to examination comments/audit findings by internal and external auditors for areas concerning his functions
• Serve as alternate /back-up to other team members
• Carry out other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by Senior Management

JOB SPECIFICATION/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree holder
• Adept in MS Office
• Keen to detail
