Job Summary
The Client & Account Creation Assistant is responsible for client and account creation activities in line with the Banks standards and requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Checks and monitors completeness of account opening documents received from branches/Relationship Managers.

Prepares and sends instructions to Operations to open CASA/TSA account in system; sends notification/confirmation to clients on successful account opening.
- Prepares and sends copies of account opening documents to requesting unit.

Encodes/uploads client/account in system.

Prepares Trust Fee Agreement based on agree fee rate; requests for Trust Fee creation in system for new Trust Fee code/set up; assigns Trust Fee to the account

Ensure compliance with Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
Qualifications

Bachelors’ degree relevant to the job

2-3 years work experience in Trust, Wealth, Banking or any financial institution is an advantage
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Analytical, hardworking, detail-oriented, has the ability to work under pressure and a team player

Proficient in MS Office applications especially Excel

Willing to work onsite in Makati
