Job Summary



The Client & Account Creation Assistant is responsible for client and account creation activities in line with the Banks standards and requirements.



Key Responsibilities



  • Checks and monitors completeness of account opening documents received from branches/Relationship Managers.

  • Prepares and sends instructions to Operations to open CASA/TSA account in system; sends notification/confirmation to clients on successful account opening.

  • Prepares and sends copies of account opening documents to requesting unit.
  • Encodes/uploads client/account in system.

  • Prepares Trust Fee Agreement based on agree fee rate; requests for Trust Fee creation in system for new Trust Fee code/set up; assigns Trust Fee to the account

  • Ensure compliance with Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements



Qualifications



  • Bachelors’ degree relevant to the job

  • 2-3 years work experience in Trust, Wealth, Banking or any financial institution is an advantage

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Analytical, hardworking, detail-oriented, has the ability to work under pressure and a team player 

  • Proficient in MS Office applications especially Excel

  • Willing to work onsite in Makati
