BASIC FUNCTION
The Channel Operations Analyst partners with TBG Operations and all stakeholders to understand, analyze, refine, prioritize and communicate customer experience needs to ensure that downstream teams including but not limited to architects, developers and vendors completely understand project scope, objectives and requirements. The Channel Operations Analyst utilizes the data and user feedbacks from stakeholders to recommend improvements in online channel services.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Supports the driving of outcomes and priorities for projects of important scope and impact including enhancement of existing online channels

Assists in defining major and detailed requirements and priorities in collaboration with project teams or working groups

Supports the development and delivery of user stories and provide the business and stakeholders with level of effort estimates for initiatives

Provides reporting on online channel performance and competitor analysis across the industries serviced by the suite of online channels
JOB SPECIFICATION/QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate of any four (4) year course, preferably business background.

At least 2 years’ experience in online channel management with the ability to present complex ideas in a simplified manner and preferably with experience in an agile environment

Computer literate, analytical, strong business acumen, adequate understanding of business drivers to assess potential impact on existing products
