Job Responsibilities:

Recruitment & hiring: coordinates interview schedules, tracks progress of applications, and regularly reports on status | milestones | red flags to CE heads.

Record/ information management:
-
Routing and tracking of documents for approval

Administrative record-keeping: such as software licenses, FFE and IT equipment accountability, training bonds, probationary PAR, resignation letters, clearances, etc

Personnel performance management & career development: Supports CE heads in maintaining a system that will define, track, consolidate, report on progress, and flag concerns regarding (a) personnel performance (whether PAR scores or quota completion); and (b) career development paths of each CE personnel.

Provide assistance to the Training Manager in (a) organizing training events and materials; (b) coordinating with HR Training Partner on needed support; (d) consolidating feedback for program or speakers’ improvement; and (e) record keeping

Event organization & logistical support: such as preparing powerpoint presentations, updating and compiling unit documents and records, providing support in events such as unit planning, and preparing requirements and reports for internal audit and other internal BDO stakeholders.

Supply management and allocation: Office supplies, calendars, Xmas give-aways, etc

Providing administrative assistance to the Unit Head
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree holder
- At least 3 years work experience in administrative work
- MS Office proficient
