Center Head

Duties and Responsibilities

A.   Trading

1.     Coordinates with the diff portfolio desk in getting best market price/rate

2.     Services clients requirements for all treasury products

2.1. Gives regular quotes

2.2. Negotiate and execute deals as confirmed with clients

3.     Encode dealt transactions in the designated system 

B.   Marketing

1. Conduct marketing calls to existing and potential clients to establish rapport and identify client’s needs
2. Identify potential clients within target market
3. Offer other bank products and services, as needed e.g. payroll service
4. Coordinate with Account Officer in servicing and optimizing bank-client relationship
5. Accompany group members with their calls
6. Furnish clients with recent market condition and development  

C.  Planning and Supervising

1. Supervise the trading and marketing activities of the group members
2. Conduct periodical review with group members to address clients’ concern and needs
3. Ensure attainment of the group’s set volume and income targets through effective planning and strategy formulation

D.  Reporting

1. Submits periodic performance report to Desk Head and Division Head
2. Provide market feedback and updates to Desk Head and Division Head
3. Verify accuracy of reports before submission to Desk and Division Head

          E.  Administrative Function

1. Assists the Desk and Division Head in conducting performance evaluation and coaching of group members
2. Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.
