Job Mandate

 

The CSL Credit Assistant acts as alternate point person for receiving all applications from Sales Support Assistants in accordance with established cut-off time for Salary loans. This position is responsible for the initial review and processing of loan applications in accordance with the established policies and procedures for Salary loans and other various products such as Pabahay Loan, Seafarer Loan, DEPED and AFP loan.

 

 

Duties and Responsibilities

 

 

  • Ensures that loan requirements are complete and reviewed prior loan approval.

  • Responsible for ensuring loan requirements are complete prior to loan release/booking.

  • Responsible for tasks such as but not limited to scheduling of loan releases, filing and warehousing applications and documents, organizing loan folders, encoding of necessary data and results into the loans system/s, and the like.

  • Provides regular MIS, reports and forms according to standard process.

  • Assists the Credit Officer in activities required in the processing, checking, evaluating, and maintaining of loans.

  • Acts as the back-up of the Billing Assistants, and as such is responsible for the timely consolidation and submission of complete billings to Institutional Payroll Units and responsible for the effective monitoring of takeout account billing deductions.

  • Also perform other functions that maybe assigned from time to time by the supervisor.

  • Also perform Pabahay Loan, Seafarer Loan, DEPED and AFP loan processing of application.
