CCM Trust Operations Team Head

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise unit heads across Provident Funds, Loans, Cashiering, Custody, Accounting, and UITF
• Authorize key transactions and regulatory reports
• Drive process improvements and risk mitigation strategies
• Implement efficient processes and standards
• Identify and mitigate operational risks
• Ensure compliance with BSP and BIR regulations
• Review policies and guidelines for regulatory compliance
• Ensure strong coordination in project implementation
• Collaborate across departments for issue resolution and policy updates

Qualifications:

• College degree in Business (Accounting major preferred)
• At least 10 years of experience in Trust Operations
• Leadership, Operational Excellence & Technical Proficiency: Strong management skills, experience in IT systems implementation, data analytics, and regulatory compliance; highly organized and analytical with conflict resolution and negotiation capabilities.
• Personal Effectiveness & Team Development: Demonstrates professionalism, adaptability, customer focus, and initiative; excels in coaching others, leading change, and fostering collaboration across teams.
