Job Summary

To offer Cash Management Services solutions to customers/prospects belonging to Middle Market Segment, thus resulting to customer acquisition that will enable them to meet their financial targets.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Financial Target

  1. Increase revenues by achieving incremental target for the year.
  2. Create measures/strategies to achieve unit’s target
  3. Ensure agreed pricing/commercial terms are met by client/s assigned

 

Customer Acquisition

  1. Close new deals to achieve financial targets
  2. Maintain healthy list of pipeline clients for business sustainability.
  3. Cross-sell solutions to existing clients
  4. Increase market share among customers in portfolio
  5. Maintain high level of satisfaction among clients being handled

 

People Development

  1. Ensure assigned internal partners (IBG) are well-informed and knowledgeable with CMS solutions
  2. Continuously improve professional relationships with partners resulting to a more pro-active partnership.
  3. Regularly update partners for any product development/enhancement made in CMS solutions.

 

Product Development and Operations

  1. Provide feedback on customer/prospect needs, trends, competitor’s products to maintain competitive edge and increase potential revenue
  2. Ensure marketing materials, presentations and proposals are top rate
  3. Assists in marketing initiatives (product launches, customer events)
  4. Gains working knowledge of all new relevant products
  5. Ensure the completeness, correctness, accuracy of documents and customer instructions to further efficiency and effectiveness
  6. Observe and follow sales process

 

Others

  1. Perform other duties as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor

 

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any four-year course (preferably business related)
  • At least three years experience in relationship/account management and sales/marketing;  preferably gained from a bank or other financial institution; having Cash Management background is an advantage 
  • Must be willing to work onsite and be assigned in Makati/Ortigas
