Branch Sys. Support Officer

Atleast 3 - 5 years experience in driving business requirements (experience in financial services organizations is a plus )
Part of the execution team for a minimum of 3 projects and should have worked end-to-end on those projects from requirements gathering to deployment
Wth experience in Systems Quality Assurance / User Acceptance Testing process and tocis

Qualifications:

1. Able to clearly aniculate business requirements, functional requiments and non-functional requirements
2. Able to transíate requirements to testable requirements and write test cases / test outcomes for each requirement
3. Able to effectively communicate business needs to the technology teams
4. Excellent presentation and communication skills
5. Proficient in MS Office, process diagrams and other work efficiency toots.
