Job Mandate:
Responsible for the supervision of all activities and staff in the billing function. Oversees the development and implementation of policies and procedures that ensure timely and accurate billing of customer.
Duties & responsibilities:

Review the work of billing personnel to ensure accuracy, resolving inconsistencies as needed

Ensure billings are submitted to DepEd Regional Payroll Servicing Unit on time

Provide timely and accurate reports to the Salary Loans Group Head and other business units

Ensure that internal controls are properly implemented

Exercises administrative control over the direct reports in terms of attendance and performance monitoring, assignment/work scheduling, recommend possible promotion, suggest related training for direct report’s professional growth; evaluate need for additional manpower and involves in selection of qualified candidates for the team

Contribute to team effort by accomplishing other tasks as needed
Qualification Requirements:

Graduate of any 4-year business course

Preferably with at least two (2) years as Billing and Monitoring Assistant or Billing Assistant and preferably with two (2) years experience in salary loans operation

Adequate knowledge of One DepEd Loan Products and Billings, Bank Credit Policies and Procedures

Strong analytical analysis
