Assistant MCC Secretariat

JOB SUMMARY
He/She will assist the Credit Committee Secretariat Unit Head in the overall operations and direction of the Unit, ensuring that it performs its secretariat functions for the Management Credit Committee.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible in receiving and scheduling all transaction media for MCC from business units.
- Ensures that transaction media submitted to the Secretariat require Management Credit Committee approval/confirmation based on Credit Policy approval matrix.
- Coordinates with the business teams if there are lacking documents/attachments or typographical errors noted in the transaction media for approval.
- Preparation of MCC Agenda and Order of Presentation
- Responsible in the preparation of individual folders for MCC members
- Responsible in the preparation of the approved summary of MCC accounts approved via delegated authorities for EXCOM confirmation.
- Sending of email notices to Committee members and concerned business units
- Ensures that all approved transaction media are signed by the Management Credit Committee.
- Underwrites in SCALE/Credit Lens or any front end system those that were approved or confirmed by the Management Credit Committee.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job
- With at least 2 years banking experience
