Job Description:

  • As an Asset Management Analyst, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the asset management guidelines, tools and processes to ensure that all in-scope IT assets including but not limited to software, hardware and contracts are tracked from acquisition to decommissioning. Ensuring that asset records are complete and accurate in collaboration with asset owners and custodians.

 

 

 

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Track in-scope assets from acquisition to disposal including but not limited to hardware, software, contracts and licenses

  • Ensure that required details for each asset type are captured including but not limited to acquisition date, cost, start and expiry of warranty, start and expiry of maintenance support agreement, version, quantity, owner, developer/manufacturer, vendor, technical specifications and others

  • Generate reports on assets potentially requiring purchase such as but not limited to hardware/software nearing end of warranty and thereby requiring maintenance agreements. Ensure that these reports are processed by the responsible IT teams

  • Identify common causes for incomplete or outdated information and implement improvements to minimize future recurrences

 

 

 

 

Your Qualifications and Your Experiences should be

 

  • Holder of a Bachelor's Degree

  • At least 2 years’ background in asset management software/hardware and tools

  • Experiences gained from IT institution is an advantage

  • Ability to identify and resolve issues related to asset management

 

 

 

 

You must be willing to be assigned in Makati.
