Analyst/Tester

Job Description:
- As an Analyst/Tester, you will understand the business requirements comprehensively and develop functional requirements based on the product/platform on which the solution is going to be deployed. Work with the solution architect to ensure all requirements are addressed by the solution as per business expectations. Develop test cases, test data and conduct functional and non-functional testing.
Job Responsibilities:

Develop functional requirements based on business requirements, and identify the non-functional requirements for the solution architect

Identify any gaps in business requirements and follow up with end users to detail the requirements

Understand the product features and out-of-box requirements and map the functional requirements

Performs diligently other responsibilities / tasks that may be assigned in the course of the meeting the objective of the group/Bank
Your Qualifications and Your Experiences should be

Holder of a Bachelor's Degree

At least 3-5 years of professional experience in driving business requirements (experience in financial services organizations is a plus)

Part of the execution team for a minimum of 3 projects, and should have worked end-to-end on those projects from requirements gathering to deployment

Able to translate requirements to testable requirements and write test cases and test outcome for each requirement

Knowledgeable of MS SQL and testing tools (UFT, Load Runner, VuGen, ALM, Tosca, GenAI) and able to prepare test data, execute manual and automated testing and prepare test completion report
You must be willing to be assigned in Makati.
