Administrative Assistant (Makati)

Responsibilities

Assisting the Head in all administrative matters for his unit/department.

Schedules and coordinates appointment/meetings; handles incoming/outgoing calls; accommodates visitors; manages files and records; and doing other clerical tasks.
Qualifications
-
Graduate of any four-year course, preferably Secretarial

Apt in doing admin/secretarial jobs

Proficient in using MS Office applications

Must possess good communications skills, computer literate and can work with minimum supervision

Analytical, hardworking, people and service-oriented, has the ability to work under pressure and a team player

Candidates with previous related experience is a plus
