Job Summary



The Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting the Head in all administrative matters for his/her unit/department in line with the Banks standards and requirements.



Key Responsibilities



  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events; Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence. 

  • Maintain, organize, and update files, records, and office documents; Prepare reports, presentations, memoranda, and other business documents; Assist in document processing, verification, and transmittal of bank-related forms and records; 

  • Coordinate with customers, branches, and other departments regarding documentation requirements; Support office administration activities, including supplies management and visitor assistance. 
  • Ensure compliance with Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements



Qualifications



  • Graduate of any four-year course

  • Apt in doing admin/secretarial jobs; Candidates with previous related experience is a plus; Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply

  • Proficient in using MS Office applications

  • Must possess good communications skills, computer literate and can work with minimum supervision; analytical, hardworking, people and service-oriented, has the ability to work under pressure and a team player

  • Willing to work onsite in Makati
