Job Summary
The Admin Officer provides administrative and operational support to the Credit Appraisal Unit, ensuring the efficient management of documents, reports, travel and expense administration, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate records, facilitating appraisal-related processes, and supporting day-to-day unit operations while ensuring timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Obtain, process, scan, and upload Certified True Copies (CTC) of land titles, Title Traceback documents, and Approved Lot Plans while ensuring compliance with service turnaround times.

Maintain and update appraisal records and documents in the Credit Appraisal System (CrAS).

Generate monthly, periodic, and ad hoc reports required by management and business units.

Coordinate with external service providers and validate billing statements against approved quotations and budget allocations.

Prepare payment requests and ensure proper charging of expenses to the appropriate cost centers.

Manage travel-related requirements, including travel orders, cash advances, liquidation of expenses, flight bookings, and hotel accommodations.

Coordinate vehicle requests and transportation arrangements for appraisal activities.

Monitor office supplies, equipment, and administrative resources to ensure operational efficiency.

Receive, distribute, and track appraisal documents and requests from internal stakeholders.

Perform other administrative and operational tasks that may be assigned by management.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Accounting, or any related field.

At least one (1) year of experience in an administrative, operations support, or office management role.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Strong organizational, documentation, and record-management skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

Experience in document handling, billing validation, reporting, or travel administration is an advantage.

Willing to work onsite and be assigned in Makati.
