Role Overview:

The Remedial Account Officer for Corporate and Commercial Loans is responsible for managing a portfolio of Non-Performing Loans (NPLs) and Real and Other Properties Acquired (ROPAs), and initiating and implementing strategies to maximize collection and/or recovery from these assets.

Job Responsibilities:

• Give management regular feedback on all loan recovery and ROPA resolution strategies and status
• Coordinate with legal counsel remedial actions involving litigation and/or requiring legal opinions
• Ensure completeness of loan and mortgage documents covering outstanding approved credits of NPLs and of all other critical documents pertaining to ROPAs for resolution.
• Adhere strictly to Bank's credit and risk policies and guidelines.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree holder, preferably in any business-related course
• With at least 3 years experience in Remedial Collections gained from bank or financial institution
• Must be willing to work onsite and be assigned in Makati
