Account Officer

A. Major Function 

1. Prepares quotation/ proposal, endorsement accurately and within the standard processing
2. Forwards quotation/ proposal to branch/ client on time and duly acknowiedged
3. Provides dispositions on all On hold and unprocessed accounts.
4. Conduct call out activity on all accounts in their assigned areas.
5. Closely monitors renewal accounts to achieve required persistency and conversion rates
6. Generates/ prepares accomplishment/ status reports and submits to immediate superior on time
7. Attends to the query/ concern of the branch, client and CLG on time
8. Maintains clients' files and ensures completeness of the same
9. Closely coordinates with BDO branches, Bank CLG counterparts, Section Head for Branches, Branch Support Officers, Insurers and various units in the organization to ensure work efficiency and effectiveness
10. Ascertains timely request and adequate insurance cover for all accounts
11. To secure approval from UH and GM for any adjustment and cancellation of endorsements to Insurer.
12. Handles requests for disposition on the accounts receivables, unapplied payments and refund report.
