Job Summary
The ATM Monitoring Analyst is tasked to perform the first level fault detection, diagnosis and error correction of all BDO Unibank and BDO Network Bank ATM/UM hardware/software and network infrastructure components; achievement of the group’s performance goals, and compliance of theService Level Standards (SLS).
Key Responsibilities:
A. Operations
1. Perform the task of monitoring, isolating, resolving, and documenting network-related incidents properly and in a timely manner;
2. Provides first level troubleshooting on all machines that are out of service;
3. Coodinates with servicing unit, service provider and other dependency units to fast track resolution
4. Identify, investigate, and analyze business processes, procedure and work practices;
5. Work with other DCS – ATM Monitoring, Network Monitoring Analyst and business unit support team for the service provider to meet the set Service Level Standards (SLS);
6. Coordinate and escalate network-related problems to service providers, carriers and other support units;
7. Notify and regularly update users and concerned groups of outages and major network incidents;
8. Recommend and prepare the documentation for solutions to recurring problems or outages;
9. Assess leased lines bandwidth utilization behavior and make recommendations for affected sites;
10. Update and close the incident and request tickets via ticketing tools (Request Tracker and BESH);
11. Work with users to formulate and document business requirement;
12. Assist BBG in the completion of ATM fixed or any update of ATM/UM;
13. Assist service provider in preventive maintenance activity
B. Reports
1. Work with other support team to meet network infrastructure efficiency, and ATM / UM availability requirements;
2. Work with other specialists in the resolution of the incidents and handling the requests,apply experience and problem–solving skills to handle more complex incidents and requests;
3. Prepare and submit reports on time as required by the business units, the DCS Monitoring leads, the DCS Unit head and the ITIO head
C. Other Functions
1. Perform other related duties as may be assigned by the DCS – Data Center Monitoring leads and the DCS head
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferably in BS Electronics and Communications Engineering or related course
- One year experience related to the job or newly graduate of B.S. Electronics and Communication Engineering, B.S. Computer
- Must be willing to work onsite and be assigned in Makati/Ortigas
